Toxic management and office politics, being bullied by managers if you voice your opinions and resulted in being micro-managed and belittled. Middle level managers resign and leave at a fast pace, no stable support for the team. Double standards for high-ups from others.

Clear communications and understanding of what my goals and outcomes should be. My team are warm, passionate, knowledgable and supportive, always able to find answers when I need them.

At the end of the day, Holmesglen is a Government run institution. So there is plenty of protocol, checks and balances.
