False advertising to new graduates. Do not work here. - Customer Engagement Center - Internet Coordinator Holman Employee Review

Pros

CRM program experience, learned a couple additional communication and phone skills (not many).

Cons

False sense of "family" culture. In addition to inadequate hourly pay, the strongly commission based position makes no sense, as most external factors are completely out of coordinator's control (as we are not car salesmen). Must work almost every Holiday, and forced to feel guilty about using what little PTO you have acquired. Forced to work almost every single weekend INCLUDING SUNDAYS. No matter how well your performance might've been, it was never good enough, and they just find another thing to micromanage. There is a constant promise of advancement opportunities with no ability to deliver, as the company almost exclusively hires from within. (except the Internet Coordinator position of course, because no one wants it)

Pros

Hybrid Schedule, strong career progression as there is often room for growth, opportunity for improvement of skills, transferrable skills, high visibility and cross functional collaboration, real impact on client experience.

Cons

Lack of healthy boundaries, high workload with limited recognition, I consistently go above expectations without reward, a lot of the work is reactive instead of proactive, the role is less strategic than I am personally capable of, your success heavily depends on other teams that are not as self-driven as you may be, often given more work over others because management knows you will handle it which can lead to quick burnout.
