Pros

do not see any pros to working at this company. I believed in family values when I started work here, and then I got to realize that this is corporate.

Cons

1) Uneven Pay Structure – Compensation is highly inconsistent. Employees in the Finance Department (not sure how that's possible, but making insane money) or top-performing sales roles tend to earn significantly more. Salespeople often due to strong relationships with management and access to better deals. 2) Lack of Clear Career Progression – There is no well-defined path for advancement. Promotions seem to depend more on internal connections than on performance or merit, which can be discouraging for those seeking long-term growth.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule, strong career progression as there is often room for growth, opportunity for improvement of skills, transferrable skills, high visibility and cross functional collaboration, real impact on client experience.

Cons

Lack of healthy boundaries, high workload with limited recognition, I consistently go above expectations without reward, a lot of the work is reactive instead of proactive, the role is less strategic than I am personally capable of, your success heavily depends on other teams that are not as self-driven as you may be, often given more work over others because management knows you will handle it which can lead to quick burnout.
