“Management” is a disaster. Work long days with a ridiculous amount of stops and packages. If you are one of the few that gets done at a reasonable time, they send you to go rescue others who are moving slowly and had less packages than you. There’s new team members weekly because nobody stays. Drivers are expected to train new employees rather than management or team leads. Promised opportunities for a raise after a certain time. Never happens. Literally take any other delivery job
