The pay was great, it's a small family owned company, they are nice easy to work with and willing to work with you if needed. Love the Christmas party every year and the family type atmosphere. You can stay in shape with daily lifting of rolls of labels and packing boxes.

Family type atmosphere can cause some drama but like family you have to work with them and you get past any issues to get the jobs done. There's also heavy lifting required which may be difficult for some.

Good company for a small, family owned company. Decent salary and good working conditions. Flexibility is a big plus.

No leadership at all. The company runs itself with the people in place. There is no direction or guidance by the ownership of the company.
