Pros
None, a very non productive environment which rewards cliques that stems from the HR department
Cons
Lots of negative words have been used describing this company and they are all accurate. The Nottingham office has had so many people leave and still leaving because of the awful environment. The programme team is yet to deliver and is in shocking shape but the alliance with HR covers the lack of delivery. Poor performers rewarded and false sick records accepted. Also don’t say autistic!
