7yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate you letting us know how you feel and sharing your concerns. I am sorry that your experience with us has left you with a negative feeling. Each one of our offices has its own atmosphere and it’s important we recognise that what might be a focused working environment by some can also be perceived as overly quiet by others.
We are proud to offer our graduates the breadth of experience they need in order to achieve chartership but when things get very busy, we all have to pull in and you may spend more time delivering a specific service. We understand this can be frustrating and we are working hard to ensure this type of situation is short-lived.
