      You get to meet some great people who may become your friends outside of the workplace.

      Cons

      A lot of micro-management from your direct manager and senior management. The company does not provide sufficient bonuses / salary for the amount of work that has to be done, especially when the overload of work is due to the company not hiring enough staff.

      Very nice executives based on my interaction with them.

      Cons

      Their program wasn't well planned out, but that was their first year doing it and I think they have improved ever since.
