      Pros

      Wonderful brand standards so nothing was allowed to be sub par. It is a beautiful environment to work in. The company is international so room discount are available all over the world.

      Cons

      The turnover in the sales dept and housekeeping were tremendous causing the teams to spend more time training than executing.
