      - Free reward account that can build points by enrolling guests - Staff Discount across most IHG owned hotels/resorts - Front Office Manager is great

      Cons

      - No break but gets taken from your pay - No progression even if you work hard and take on extra duties - No support when getting abuse from customers - Hard to get a weekend off, sometimes 1 in 4 weekends off you’re lucky
