Pros

The company is growing. They like to cut the grass on the golf courses. Sunshine in Florida is really great. If they fix the software development department which fixes some internal system problems, the place may explode with more growth.

Cons

To be clear which side of the tech shop is being reviewed, it is the software department, known as BIT. The proximity to the 429 tollway means you will be paying a lot of tolls to go to work. They terminated the work from home program. They invest time and energy listening to non-technical employees, and ignore technical guidance. They burn through technical employees at an alarmingly high rate. They strongly prefer H1B employees from India over local talent. They can not deliver projects. The leadership is fast to blame and have employees quit by treating them unfairly, or have them terminated. Absolutely no accountability! Runs like a collective organization on the surface. When the collective mentality has been put to a vote or a test numerous times, it's been discovered the place actually runs like a dictatorship camouflaging her will as "agreed by everyone". Software professionals beware. This place is a death trap on your career.

Pros

You get exposure to different sales styles, personalities, and ways of handling guests. Some coworkers and leaders were genuinely supportive and wanted to see people improve. It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Cons

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
