Pros

I valued the timely salary increments and bonuses that they provided.

Cons

The CEO was a controlling and repugnant man who was always changing his mind about what he wanted. This caused a lot of confusion and wasted effort, and it made it very difficult to do my job. I remember one time when I spent weeks working on a report, only for him to come back and say that he wanted it done completely differently. I had to start over from scratch, and it was incredibly frustrating. His behavior was not only unprofessional, but it was also demoralizing. Another time, I was working on a presentation for a client. I had everything ready to go, but the CEO decided at the last minute that he wanted me to change the entire presentation, I had to stay up all night working on it, and I was exhausted the next day.

Pros

Juggle outreach, interviews, and coordination across departments. I have room to move and make decisions. The process is lean and efficient. I move fast and get answers faster. We don’t waste our time in pointless discussions. Support shows up when it matters. Not just when it’s convenient.

Cons

Everything’s been great, no stress.

Pros

Definitely not a company I would recommend working for, but if you're desperate for a job and decide to apply for a position here, you'll learn how to work under immense pressure and stress. Once you inevitably leave to find better opportunities, any challenge thrown your way will be a piece of cake.

Cons

I had to leave the company because of how toxic the environment and culture here were. Employees are constantly being overworked, abused, and taken advantage of. I was treated as nothing more than a tool that's easily replaced. Management constantly made unreasonable demands, which resulted in heavy workloads and long hours. They didn't bother providing employees with support, and every time we fell short for their expectations, we would be yelled at for being useless and incompetent, and the blame would be pinned solely on us. Even if we managed to go above and beyond their expectations, they would still find a reason to discredit us and make us feel worthless. Unless you want to lose your mind and tear your hair out, I recommend staying away from Hold Brothers.
