Work-life balance is great. Remote culture with lots of flexibility. Small-time private company feel, but with the stability of a very successful product. Working on something that actually makes a positive difference in the world! Cons
People stay here for a VERY long time, and for some it’s the only job they’ve ever had. This can lead to some change resistance, entitlement, unrealistic expectations, etc. Not a lot of senior positions available due to company size, either, so progression is limited unless you change departments.
