Management has high expectations and accountability. Do not work here unless you like accountability meaning that your recording keeping needs to be honest. They do hire detectives to follow staff when they have indication that you are not doing your job. Classy presentation to all aspects of company from company parties, staff meetings and community events.
Cons
Pay range and favoritism of employees varies greatly. Nurses are typically overworked with too much overtime expected. Not always loyal to their employees. Employees typically stay for years or stay short term. High turn over in marketing.
