      They do have some good people working there.

      Cons

      Low pay, Management is clueless to what is really going on in the plants. They have plenty of money for the projects management want to do, but wont give anyone a raise for cost of living. The company is now run by the children who are poor leaders and have no idea what they are doing.

      2 weeks vacations accrued at 1.67 a week after 90 days

      Cons

      5 years to vest 100% into 401k, insurance is a joke at like 130 a week for 1 person. They will nix you on a cost of living increase if you move up a job title. a mold technician to them is a combination of maintenance person, mold tech, process tech, and material operator.
