Be mindful of burnout - Anonymous employee Hodlnaut Employee Review

Very steep learning curve because managers don't have time to guide you as they are very busy. There is pressure to respond to work messages after office hours even though it might not be urgent and it can be settled the following day. Sometimes, we receive messages at 12am/1am. There is a lot of OT!!! Even when you're on leave, you'll still receive messages about work. Those messages can wait till employees are back at work. There is a lot of expectation and pressure to respond to work messages since your colleagues and managers are doing so.
