Pros
This job is great for people who need a variable schedule, working on the "road crew" means early hours 5am-1pm ish, though it varies greatly. Working as office staff is almost always 8am-4pm.
All necessary job training is provided. Every new hire goes through a 1-4 day training session based on their experience and level of comfort.
Cons
Lots of early mornings in the fall season. Like 4am early sometimes.
For most people this will only be a job from late August to November. Very few people 3-5 a year are taken for the spring season March to June.
If you don't have a license/car or are uncomfortable being a passenger, it is very unlikely for you to stay for long as a photographer, there is lots of driving every day.
