Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

1. No mission/vision 2. No direction because there is no mission or vision 3. Managers who don't know how to manage 4. Not an inspiring or creative place to work 5. Nobody has any idea of what to focus on 6. Promotions where due are never given 7. Backfilling positions is not a thing 8. Poor (or lack of) process for just about everything 9. Culture made of bullies and HR does nothing 10. No raises or bonuses 11. Toxic work environment 12. Lack of resources to get the job done 13. Success is not celebrated but rather met with negative/condescending feedback 14. Goal setting is a joke 15. Parking sucks 16. Cafeteria food is so disgusting. For a health and wellness company, it's shameful that the menu is made up of gross fried food. 17. Anyone not an executive is treated poorly 18. Lack of collaboration, communication, etc.

Pros

The only thing i can think of is i had a great team.

Cons

Well just walk in and look at the trophy wall it looks like a restaurant that hasn't gotten recognized in a long time. I never should have been hired, they had very able people who could have been hired from within. The owner Alon is directionless, Homedicas, playcraz, snapcamp, and i forget the ridicules idea of a expansion fridge storage system. He doesn't have anyone to tell him no. And if you look at they companies mission statement it has nothing to do with what they are doing now. Also any manager who has a in their office that beating will continue until morale improves is a red flag. and i full transparency i was furloughed.
