They don’t promote from within — they’ll overlook loyal employees and bring in outsiders instead. They only want “yes” people. Don’t bother sharing ideas or speaking up — your opinion doesn’t matter here. You’re expected to just follow orders and not think for yourself. If you question anything, you’ll be labeled as the problem. The culture is toxic from the top down. It’s all about doing whatever they say, no matter how unreasonable. There’s no trust, no respect, and definitely no future here.
