They give you decent amount of projects. If there is one available, they contact you first and you don't have to hunt them down. They are very nice also.

The pay could be just a little bit higher. Sometimes you may have to do little tasks that are part of the project but it's unpaid. Also, they won't automatically pay you every month. It has to be over $200 otherwise it'll spill over to next month. But if you don't have many projects, that becomes a problem.

They send at least one project a week, it’s remote, the online subtitling software is easy to navigate, deadlines are usually reasonable, work is interesting.

Their rate per minute of subtitling is abysmal, especially if you live in a high COL area. I do it for the experience on my resume and a little extra money.
