None that I can think of right now. I have worked in non-profits for many years and this is the healthiest work environment I have experienced.

Flexible work schedules and supportive direct supervisors. Team members at the lower level are collaborative and genuinely care about the families they serve.

There appears to be a pattern of favoritism that impacts opportunities for growth and advancement. Observations within the workplace suggest that employees who are well connected receive more support and recognition, while others may struggle to receive guidance when needed. Workloads can increase significantly without adequate support, often framed as development opportunities. Interactions with upper management, particularly in the Pleasanton office, feel inconsistent with the organization’s stated values.
