Pros

The office is well-located in the city center of Berlin. The job itself is fascinating and you learn a lot.

Cons

Hybrid is available in the company, but it feels like managers want to monitor you all the time. Everyone is silent, working as if they could not move from their seats. The fact is that you need to work hard and fast, or you will stay over time. They expect you to work more than 8 hours a day every day with no compensation. They also expect you to do warehouse tasks. This often happens, with no compensation, sometimes working 15 hours continuous including night-shifts.

Pros

Generally speaking is a friendly peer environment, where the whole company lives and breathes e-commerce. Everyone is truly passionate about helping brands scale their operations. There are good opportunities for internal mobility, especially considering that the company is still trying to figure a couple of things out both in terms of product-market-fit and operations.

Cons

Fairly toxic culture / approach from senior management. Does not create an motivating set-up, where they have a hire fast / fire fast approach, with people always on the line for their job which is quite psychologically intense.
