      Pros

      Great technical problems to solve using cutting edge technology. The people at the base level are very worth knowing.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Totally clueless management and a completely impenetrable wall between management and employees. The turnover is incredibly high and everyone seemed to be miserable and resigned to their fate.

      Pros

      It's a growing company, and the people are pretty smart. You get an amazing view of what's going on on the internet, which will allow you to spout out all kinds of interesting data tidbits at cocktail parties.

      Cons

      The pay was terrible and there was no way I could get what I was worth.
