      - interesting tasks and their management - one day off per month - provision of equipment - full remotely work - flexible vacation planning schedule - help with relocate

      - great work-life balance (extra paid day offs, etc) - great team

      Cons

      - some game producers are very difficult to work with - lack of clear processes for analytics team (there started some changes in positive way, but I left company earlier)
