The reason I work here because I need to work until I find another job in another corporate company.
Cons
The company structure is bewildering, with managers changing too frequently. It's overly large and bloated, making it difficult to discern who is truly making decisions. Salary raises are non-existent, and even pleading for a raise to match inflation rates falls on deaf ears. Managers remain oblivious to these concerns.
