      Honestly it could be amazing but the management is awful.

      Cons

      No respect for employees. Changing policies daily. It's a shambles.

      The Pittsburgh office ran really well with Remote work, now they're becoming Big Brother.

      People tend to help one another

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
