Excellent benefits, up to 6% match 401K. $1 Raise for non salary employees of the first three years. Up to $17.50 max depending upon your shift. Flexible shifts, depending your schedule. Unlimited overtime, in various departments, lines, shifts. Excellent place to begin your career after college with HR/Business/Management/Marketing/Engineering degrees of all types.
Cons
Lack of "funds" for Tuition Reimbursement. Not college student friendly; lack of understanding with mandatory overtime, and schedule. Lack of parking for week day shifts. Family and Weather related issues that result in missing, or leaving work early could result in write up, or termination DEPENDING upon your line and supervisor.
