Pros
Because of high turnover rate people who can handle 50-70 hours can get those overtime hours. This can add up quickly for your bi-weekly check.
Cons
Not much free time. Especially if you on production line. Granted you do get paid double pay if you work Sundays, but many times it is expected that you do work every possible Sunday that you are legally can work.
