Pros

Great team, lots of opportunities, fun environment

Cons

Early on in the company, not much promise for future success if the company isn't there in a couple years.

Pros

Most people were friendly, relaxed work environment

Cons

Poor workflows, everything takes many unnecessary extra steps. Had to use a computer shared by 3 other people. They took 3 weeks to onboard me and walk me thru day to day workflows. Told me they had been too busy which is unacceptable. Can’t be too busy to onboard someone. During hiring process I was told they could help expand my role by educating me on different roles and finding time to teach me. Was directly told, anything you wanna do we can teach you. That ended up being a lie.
