      Pros

      Wonderful mission to teach and promote preservation, flexible working schedule, the BEST supporters and partners

      Cons

      The organization had lots of growth quickly mixed with the complications of COVID - pivot became a large part of the vocabulary, which can be frustrating and overwhelming. But I have never seen a more passionate group of people willing to do what needed to be done.

      Pros

      I came to HistoriCorps after 20+ years at a large institutional non-profit. I have really enjoyed working with such a dynamic team as well as our incredible partners. I have grown professionally and look forward to the next new challenge. I get to go to great places and meet great people.

      Cons

      We cover a lot of geographic area with minimal staff.
