Nil, great company while i study and

they do train you up in multiple areas of histopathology eg, microtomy, embedding, ihc and more and the general staff are friendly

the upper management got money hungry during their covid phase and now just keep piling more and more work on the staff without preparation, leading to mandatory daily overtime before hiring more staff this place is only good to get experience before moving on to better labs, the pay is trash and the managers don’t respect any staff opinions either
