Pros
The benefits at Hirschvogel are ok. You get sometime off of work and can pick up over time very easily
Cons
Not everyone is treated fairly, Management is very dis-functional, mandatory over is at minutes notice, if you are not in the clicks you will never move up. Review system is a joke. Machines are junk and never maintenanced.
