Working in the entry level positions offers varied work and the opportunity to learn new skills and meet many new people.
Cons
Base pay is low for the work which can be physical and outdoors and does not scale at the same rate of experience and skills learned. An attitude of less pay but longer hours to compensate. Increasingly corporate and being stripped of culture. Has become understaffed in recent years leading to some unfair rosters.
