      Work outside, meet great superintendents on construction sites.

      Cons

      Tiered pay structure that quickly goes straight to 100 commission. Dispatch and business methods antiquated. Temporary staffing recruits made the job impossible. Can’t sell it when workers are getting the police called consistently.

      Pros

      I love my job, the team I work with, and ability to earn uncapped commissions. You get what you give.

      Cons

      I’ve put, no exaggeration, 100,000 miles on my vehicle in 3 years. But we get a gas stipend so 🤷🏻‍♀️

      Get paid everyday as soon as you click depends on the time

      Cons

      You don’t get sent out on a ticket everyday so being there at 5 am and people coming around 630/7 is getting a ticket is crazy to me they say it’s first come first served but that’s a LIE they have favorites they be having anybody driving you to the job sites really don’t make sure if they insurance or driving license is good
