Comfortable interviewing process, and seemed to really to find something that suited the work i was looking for during a pandemic of all times. And found me pay that was good for this area (its a low bar). But I can't say enough about how personable they were.

The health insurance for temps was beyond confusing, beautifully laid out on the page, but it seemed to steer you towards ancillary programs that really weren't health insurance, and the "actual" health insurance had a ridiculously high deductible, most of the other hires that I worked with also turned it down. There was also some strange language that stated something to the effect that if you turned it down, you wouldn't be eligible for the ACA. Which I don't think is true. If I misunderstood it, it's because it was an incredibly confusing document.

Never have I worked at a company where I have felt more supported! Feeling like you are a asset and supported is two characteristics of working for a successful company that makes you feel good on the inside day in and day out. We are part of something bigger and better and love that we are given the creative freedom to "find what works" for us and our process. Our management is positive, uplifting, innovative, and always looking forward to whats next. I love working for a company that IS the innovator, NOT the follower!

If you hate a positive environment, happy co-workers, minimal drama, and a supportive environment then this is definitely NOT the place for you!
