Pros
Hire Digital gave me so much room to grow in such a short amount of time. It's one of the best opportunities I've had in my career. 3 highlights for me: 1. Everything is so organized within the team -- from first contact, to the interview, and even up to the daily huddles and weekly 1-on-1's. 2. Working with a team from different parts of the world definitely made my world seem bigger especially in a pandemic. For me at least, I was more motivated to accomplish tasks since I started because it felt like my work mattered even though I'm working with a big team. 3. Work-life balance is valued and the diversity of the team adds to a culture that I wish more companies would practice.
Cons
Not so much for me since it works so well for me but I'm saying this as a tip: time difference is something to consider as with any remote work. Other than that, everything is well-managed.
