If you want to learn = Great! Colleagues are great, everyone is very helpful (which is shocking because the CEO is not)
Cons
Hierarchy is non existent here. Expect to liase with the CEO for everything. - You will be squeezed for all your worth, getting verbally abused (in public, in front of colleagues), burnt-out - CEO is very clever to sell you an idea that he wants you to progress and do well and will be very nice to you when he wants something. He will keep adding tasked to your workload. Even after saying you cannot handle, he will tell you that you can do it - CEO will promise and say a lot of things when giving you the job offer- Do not believe him - When you think you did a great job, CEO has the gift of making you feel like you didn't do anything worth mentioning. He might even insult you - CEO is very fickle minded and bad communication skills (extremely bad) - Everyone is underpaid - CEO = Toxic You have been warned!
