Pros

Great mission that is addressing the clinician shortage and helping the population that would otherwise be without care. To be successful, you have to be comfortable working at a fast pace (sometimes at all hours), and juggling multiple things at once. If you are comfortable with those things, the leadership is generally very strong and has a depth of experience (CEO's 4th startup) and you will have a very positive experience.

Cons

Intense culture that may not be for everyone. It is also very strictly in person in Palo Alto, which also may be an adjustment for remote workers. In terms of work life balance: if you are looking for a 9-5 with low expectations, this is probably not the right place for you. If you are looking for an opportunity to work on a very compelling mission with highly motivated and talented individuals to possibly build something incredible in AI, then this is definitely worth pursuing!

Pros

I am one month in, there is a lot autonomy here, there's a huge focus on hiring, smart, curious, optimistic, hardworking talent and it shows, both in the caliber of people here....but also with the amount of ownership provided.

Cons

In the interview process they were really transparent about the importance of the mission and what it takes for a company of it's size to continue to move the needle.... so, yes, I am working more than I ever have, but it wasn't a surprise that this would be required....and I'm doing it with people that I'm learning from every day.
