      Pros

      Management cares about their employees. Everyone employs a work hard, play hard mentality. There are many times when you will need to put in extra hours, but the benefits and culture are excellent. Management encourages time off and time with family.

      Cons

      Only downside is at times the work life balance. There is unlimited PTO, but at times workload can prevent utilizing this.

      We're a very fast-paced environment, which I thrive in, but it can sometimes make it hard to slow down and be as strategic as I'd like.
