      The Company does allow the team autonomy to deliver the expected results. The man at the helm is a great visionary and ensures that the best people are always recognised and rewarded.

      Cons

      Not sticking to the plan . an be too much focus on very short term results.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, great selection of beers and the quality of food serve is impressive. Recent company with few openings every years.

      Cons

      Same as every pub in London :) missing staff in most of the pubs but recurrent problem everywhere in London.
