Pros

Gained a lot of product knowledge during the first few months. More confidence handling client meetings after gaining experience. Better understanding of the dental industry over time. Managers trust employees to manage responsibilities independently. I also like how management communicate their expectations and how our pay reflects the hard work we put in.

Cons

Certain territories are much harder to grow, even with consistent effort and long hours.

Pros

1. I like building relationships with dental offices. 2. I visit clients almost every day, introducing products, following up on orders, and answering questions. 3. Extensive training 4. Managers help new reps learn the basics and understand the market better.

Cons

If you like spending your days behind a desk, this probably isn't the job for you.

Pros

Establish a foothold in the industry

Cons

This is a highly dysfunctional and poorly operated organization. The internal culture places an excessive emphasis on micromanagement rather than empowering employees to perform at a high level. Leadership relies heavily on control and pressure-driven tactics, which ultimately leads to disengagement and low morale across the team. There is a clear lack of modern leadership practices, with management prioritizing authority over effective problem-solving and team development. Instead of fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment, the focus often shifts toward maintaining control, which limits both individual and organizational growth. Compensation is not competitive with industry standards, and the commission structure lacks transparency and consistency. In many cases, it feels unnecessarily complex, making it difficult for employees to clearly understand or maximize their earnings. The company also experiences high turnover, which reflects deeper systemic issues within leadership and culture. While it may offer short-term experience, it is not an environment that supports long-term professional growth.
