Pros
The solution is great and you're working on improving the people's lives.
Cons
-poor leadership from management to execs -vast amount of silos and poor communication across departments -layoffs occurred this month via email and all access was removed immediately for those affected. HR call for those let go was a large conference call with no personal remorse or touch. Incredibly poor way to let go of senior and tenured employees. - consistently asked to raise hand or suggest improvements but leadership does not take action -town hall calls have QAs and when concerns are raised, they are dismissed and told to discuss privately, though when discussed privately are deflected -no career advancement available unless you are willing to relocate to San Francisco headquarters
