      Pros

      I loved the community that Hines created with all its Global Locations. I also got to work at the HQ where alot of leadership was based and they were all so friendly and wonderful to work with. Hines genuinely cares about their employees and I would work their again in a heart bear.

      Cons

      Some of their Directors and Senior Managers are not kept and in check and make some political moves where they hire outside employees instead of promoting from within.

      Strong collaborative environment with supportive team members and opportunities to work on impactful data engineering and analytics projects.

      Cons

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
