      Pros

      Great Learning Environment, Good Benefits. Did not have to supply our own tools. Professional company. Plenty of holidays and good vacation package. Good company match on 401k.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons to complain about. worked in a 24/7 environment so that is always hard to keep everyone happy when working different shifts.

      Strong collaborative environment with supportive team members and opportunities to work on impactful data engineering and analytics projects.

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
