      - controllers are very helpful and willing to teach - there is downtime on the job

      Cons

      - flexibility of vacation time with reporting deadlines - you do work on a team but you are the only person your level so makes it incredibly difficult to feel the team environment - barely met anyone within the company due to being offsite
