      Pros

      Very friendly people willing to teach you any and everything about real estate. Many long-term employees there, so people love to stay around. The pay and benefits are very fair, and it's a very well-respected company in real estate.

      Cons

      Some of the bonus structures are paid out over time, so it makes it hard to leave; but, they are very generous structures.

      Strong collaborative environment with supportive team members and opportunities to work on impactful data engineering and analytics projects.

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
