Support staff is always overextended, exhausted, frustrated. Legal assistants have a high turnover rate. Not recommended. Compensation is lower than normal for the market.

Thank you for your comments and please know your feedback is important. Because our clients' expectations of our Firm are high, our expectations of one another must be high as well. It's wonderful to hear that you valued our contemporary culture for the short time you were with us, and I assure you that all comments made will be taken into consideration. I'm sorry you were unhappy overall at HindmanSanchez, but I wish you well in your future employment.
Very busy law firm with heavy workloads. But, it’s a healthy balance of challenging projects and support from management and coworkers.
Cons
Same challenges of any small law firm, I suppose. Lots of work with very little down time. When client work increases, everyone has to pitch in. It’s not really a negative. Just the way it is in a law firm with only 45 employees.

Pros
Very contemporary law firm. They pride themselves on making work seem less like work, which was great.
Cons
I felt a lot of the folks at HindmanSanchez were less than open and honest at times. The salary was also not competitive. Upon leaving HindmanSanchez I found a position paying two and a half times the salary offered at HindmanSanchez for an attorney.
