Pros

some genuinely good people who try their best. production workers are treated well. free lunch. unique but dysfunctional culture and can feel like a cult. some investment in training and growing production workers

Cons

company funds a life of luxury for ownership while workers are told times are tough. little interest in replacing outdated or unsafe machines. business is deliberately kept small to avoid additional regulations. large, fragile egos at the management level means there is little room for other opinions and submission is the only way to advance. what should be private issues within ownership family surface at work creating an awkward environment. production workers are the victims of evil office workers. small group of long-time employees get special perks and treatment. poorly managed operations so every new order is a surprise fire drill. the amazing 'culture' they have allegedly created there is nothing special for those who have had the experience of working for other companies
