      Pros!! Nothing such, waste of time and experience.

      Cons

      Says salary as 15k and provides 12k by saying deduction and paid after 6 months but forget about the deducted money you will never get it. When you leave they say your performance was not good. School will have more freedom but not here. Cheap tricks are played by the boss.
