Low pay, highly complex processes - Account Manager Hilti Group Employee Review

Customer set up is nonsense and certain groups of customers are set up to fail. Too much time doing complex admin. Way too much admin, pricing is ridiculous to work with. Nothing is straight forward. No real benefits worth using. Lonely most of the time. Customers barely know the brand. Marketing have some serious work to do besides thinking TikTok videos are going to create droves of customers. While the products are great, the brand is completely out of touch with its customer base.
